Bitmap fonts for Trace Screen

There are 128 premade font bitmap files in different colors and font faces. You can download the archive (392KB) by clicking the button named "fonts" below for using any scheme of your liking for the Trace Screen. For printing to the Trace Screen, Lybid uses prerendered bitmap fonts, stored as normal 24bpp bmp files. Put the chosen bitmap under %SYSTEM_ROOT%\Ant\Res\bf.bmp for it to take effect. Fonts in the archive come under codified names:

<fnum> '-' <fcode> '-' <size-in-pt> 'pt-' <width-in-px> 'x' <height-in-px> '-' <bkg-color-hex> '-' <color-hex> '.bmp'

where:

<fnum> - 2 digit decimal number for the scheme in the table below to aid in finding its sample.
<fcode> - font code literal, defining the font face, e.g. cn for "Courier New", see below.
<size-in-pt> - font size in pt units (as in Windows).
<width-in-px> - glyph box width in pixels.
<height-in-px> - resulting glyph box height in pixels (for Courier New, we apply narrowing it by 2 pixels, see the following paragraph).
<bkg-color-hex> - hexadecimal rgb value for the background color.
<color-hex> - hexadecimal rgb value for the text color.

Meaning of the <fcode>s of the present fonts:

cn - Courier New
lc - Lucida Console
te - Terminus
lt - Lucida Sans Typewriter
fa - Fantasque Sans Mono
oa - OCR A
pt - PT Mono
ert - Erica Type
ctm - Cutive Mono

Original Courier New glyphs are 8x16 for 10pt and 10x18 for 12pt. We narrowed them by 2 pixels in height for space saving, since it was possible for this font without losing foreground pixels. These postprocessed forms are in the main set (left), but if you prefer the original, the right one is the button for downloading them (131KB). There are 36 samples and their fnums (and thus color schemes) match the postprocessed ones.
